Do it yourself, or white glove.

Two ways to get BrainBox. Install it yourself from the open repository. Or book the white glove service: we set it up at your desk on a Mac you keep, hand it over with a tested backup, and stay on call.

How an install works

  1. Scope. A 30-minute call. We list your sources, pick the machine, and write down the questions you want answered. You get a one-page scope and a fixed price.
  2. Install. At your desk or by screen share. We load your archive and check each source type with you.
  3. Handover. We run the backup, restore it, and search the restored copy in front of you.
  4. 90 days on call. Email and calls. Model updates and fixes as they land.

Not included

  • OCR of scanned paper. Photos of pages are described, not transcribed word for word.
  • Multi-user setups with separate logins.
  • Anything that sends your material to us.
